Together with the VP Sales & Process & Proposal Manager, you will set out new lines for the sales organization

 

Working in close cooperation with the Business Development team, delivering transparency and speed in large and complex deals, with the ultimate goal to increase the output of the sales team.

 

As Tender Manager & Lead Evaluation Manager, your responsibilities are:

  • Analyse leads and test them against the criteria set by the organization
  • As a first step you will work out a global technological concept and support the Business Development Manager in convincing the customer of the benefits of the concept
  • Once the lead is qualified and turned into an opportunity, you will either ensure yourself or guide the team to deliver qualitative proposals, tailor made to the demands of the customer and the project and within the deadline set by all stakeholders. This in close collaboration with the Proposal Manager,
  • As a coach you will also guide young process & proposal engineers through the tender phase
  • You will set the standard high for the quality of offers proposed to customers and standardize the lead evaluation process.

 

Your profile

  • Senior process engineer (+10 years of experience), who knows the “ins & outs” of water & wastewater treatment technology and able to come up with creative solutions
  • Commercial affinity – able to understand customer requirements and sensitivities
  • You have the ability for leading a multi-disciplinary team and coaching people to their optimal level
  • Process oriented, analytical whilst always focusing on the bigger picture
  • You like to challenge the current way of working into a more efficient and agile organisation
  • You enjoy mentoring our younger generation of engineers
  • You combine different projects simultaneously
